arg(info?: ArgInfo): DBArgument
Create a new argument, to be used in a subsequent PL/SQL call.
Parameters
- Optionalinfo: ArgInfo
  optional argument description.
Returns DBArgument
the JavaScript representation of a PL/SQL argument.
